Devil Oasis

This is a Canyon Oasis mod based on suggestions from "dP_DeViL", aka "NKM_DeViL" , that does the following:

• The surges grant ALL powers, based on the player's force alignment, and completely restores his mana but do not offer unlimited mana
• The player's original force powers are restored, at the correct level, when the 20-second surge timer expires or when the player dies
• An additional powerup, "Rapid Regen", replenishes mana at twice the normal rate
• The concussion rifle cannot be pulled from a player
• Debris has been added so Force Throw is actually useful
• Minor cosmetic changes (e.g. sky, water)
• And more!

Future releases will only allow the player who died to retrieve his backpack.
