Devil Oasis

This is a Canyon Oasis mod based on suggestions from "dP_DeViL", aka "NKM_DeViL" , that does the following:

The surges grant ALL powers, based on the player's force alignment, and completely restores his mana but do not offer unlimited mana
The player's original force powers are restored, at the correct level, when the 20-second surge timer expires or when the player dies
An additional powerup, "Rapid Regen", replenishes mana at twice the normal rate
The concussion rifle cannot be pulled from a player
Debris has been added so Force Throw is actually useful
Minor cosmetic changes (e.g. sky, water)
And more!

Future releases will only allow the player who died to retrieve his backpack.
