3D acceleration on WinXP?

I have a full retail copy of the game, with the MoTS add-on. It works fine, except for 3D acceleration. I've tried every fix I can find, including two different versions of ddraw.dll, but no matter what I do, all I get is this;

I can't use the DgVoodoo fix because it doesn't work under XP.

Windows XP Pro, SP3
Nvidia GT430 graphics card
