Notifications

Since the site is so massive (thx to LSF_Nickz and everyone else who has supported the community since the beginning), I figured there had to be an easier way for users to keep track of new shit that was happening. Notifications have been added for the following items:
project creation
project comments
project news
project files
forum posts
new content
content comments
content ratings
poll creation
articles
article comments
screenshots

I do plan to add more in the future and come up with a way for users to decide what types of notifications they want to see. Enjoy
