This is not an attack on anyone, just stating something I was thinking about. But I have felt like, since I was in middle school I have had two totally different lives. One who plays video games and the one who doesnt. Not so much now, but especially in my last years of middle school and first years of high school. Where I was pretty much flat out addicted to JK. I would play for hours just so I could be good enough to beat everyone around me, become #1 on ladder or whatever. Act like a dickhead, talking loads of shit to everyone I possibly could. Calling people haxor, newbie, fags, pussy, bitch, you name it... wtf, stfu, omg,lmfao, stfd, etc etc etc. Best of all, "I rape you." All stuff I wouldnt get caught saying in "real life."
It seems like all through the years it would be a rollercoaster as to how much video games I played. If life was good, going out to parties, having an awesome girl friend... I would quit playing for 6months, or a year. This as soon as something goes bad, you get depressed, the games start right back up.
Now-n-days, things are much different... while even in my early days of college. I was some what heavy into video games (Halo 2 for xbox live). After finally moving out, and most of all turning 21, I always have my roomates and friends around me 24/7. So playing video games is really only a rare occasion. Simply because for one, anything remotely fun in real life is funner than playing video games, but also, I could never sit their, using gay internet lingo while my friends are near me. Anyone watching me play video games, who doesnt play themselves, makes me such. Because you feel so akward. Some 15yr old kid is talking shit to you, but you would dare call him a newbie infront of friends.
Does anyone else feel like they have lived a double life for all these years? Or, do most of your friends play video games also? Are you anything at all like your internet self?
I would probably say, I am much like my internet self today. But back during JK... wow. Such a split personality. Real life, shy, extremely nice person. Felt bad for people who got picked on in school. Try to get along with most everyone.
Then got home, hopped on JK, biggest ass in the world. Picking on whoever I can, talking shit to everyone, etc etc.
I would say I act about the same on here as I do in rl.
I agree with that; I feel like the internet is a place to escape reality and not be censored. It is a place to roam free and act as retarded or gay as you want.

depends who im speaking with, my fellow dsbr or people i get along with im basically the same way i am in real life.

You seem to take this whole forum thing a little too seriously. Honestly, out of everyone posting on this forum, I strongly believe you are the one with no life. I mean, sure, some people like phelan talk a lot of shit or whatever, acts immature sometimes. But it is ok, it is just some online forum. And you can tell he isnt really fully serious or caring of what he says. You on the other hand, are here for the sole purpose of talking shit. It seems to be what you live for.
