Receive diarrhea on your face willingly. As you open your mouth wide enough to catch the majority of it, allowing the diarrhea to fall to the back of your throat. Gargle it, then bend forward over your family member that is laying flat on their back, opening your mouth slightly to where a stream of diarrhea falls from your lips onto their tongue. Lift their eyelid with your finger, and urinate underneath the eyelid, causing them to vomit. As they vomit, stick your tongue out into the stream.
