I have your solution, in a command prompt type:
del *.* [enter]
So a guy walked up to me and said, "I'm a teepee, I'm a whigwam! I'm a teepee, I'm a whigwam!" And I said, "Relax man, you're too tense."

Having same problem.. tried everything including taking off my 3 condoms and connecting directly to the modem.
