I've heard of a few mods and cogs that bypass checksum, so you can use them when everyone else doesn't have it. This true?

Yeah. I have a lot of old ones, gobbed them and it still passes checksum.
Doesn't ownage call you?
Hehe. I can SBX3.1 while everyone else is playing normal jk. Do it all the time. That is why the Checksum killer was made π
Note From Forum Admin: SBX uses a lot of new resources such as models and animations that aren't in regular JK or it's map's templates. Some of the things you see while using SBX won't be seen at all by those playing in the same game without, perhaps even to the point where some attacks may not inflict damage upon your opponent. Your probability of success would be higher while trying to use standard JK in an SBX game, if at all possible, though that is not a guarantee so don't quote me. - Ness
