Moving down to miami in aug. What do 3 bedroom apartments run for and what parts of town arent shitty?

I do and you better be loaded if you want a semi decent home down here. So long as you stay away from Overtown and Allapattah you're fine. Miami is the shit. 🙂

we are moving into a 3 bedroom apartment near miami international airport. how easy is it to find jobs down there?

Jobs are easy so long as you aren't a complete idiot. Otherwise, you'll be flipping burgers for quite a while. Try Staffing agencies if you have no luck, there are plenty of them in Miami that place you in office jobs paying good money. Good luck
