Ok, just thought this would make an interesting topic of discussion, memories from Dark Forces(Not JK).
And this is all from memory, I haven't played the game for a couple years at least.
- The 3rd level, the one with the sewers, drove me crazy because of the duplicity of all the different gate areas. Toward the very end of the level, the jump to get across to the area where the scientist(I forgot his name) is hiding upstairs. Ontop of all that, each time you fall some freakin diagona(sp?) tries to murder ya
- The level on courescant(sp?) was crazy with the vault area. You had to set the switches in a bizarre manner in order to get to the center of the vault and obtain the somethina...dark trooper plans maybe?
- Although I did not have the problem at a young age, later on I would get very sick playing Dark Forces due to the blurry graphics of running it on newer systems. Any system, for that matter. Just playing it would make me sick. Same goes for doom, hexen, heretic, and wolfstein 3d.
- Anyone remember the little bunny shaped area right near the ledge in the icy level? I think it was a Max the Bunny easter egg hehe 🙂
So discuss hehe, I'm sure we have some DF playas here. DF is what brought me to JK. 😉
