New Forum skin

This has been the case for a week or two now, there are numerous new forum skins available and the default skin has been changed to NoseBleed.

I personally am having no visual difficulty with the NoseBleed skin, so check if that is in fact the skin you are using in your profile.

Also, if I been aware of a problem, I would have fixed it. Post a screenshot.

Wes has the same problem I think, haha.

I will rename the banner .jpg file and check if my use of IMG is correct.
