Little Fixes

Ok, some small fixes have been done:

- On IE, if you clicked a link in the menu, the color changed to the background of the menu. Not good! JKSERVER pointed this out. All fixed now!

- If you previously noticed, line between the menu and the center area was not always a straight one. I had to change the menu table border to #FFFFFF in order to fix this, although I don't like it because you don't get a entirely blue menu all the way down no seems. 🙁

- I added a little warning to the shoutbox after you submit a shout, the warning says not to refresh because the shout will get resent if ya do. 😉

That's it for now. If anyone notices anything be sure to let me know.

To give you guys an idea of what I have to do now:
- All annoying low level coding is done for the most part. I am still working on the file system, I'm not sure how long it's gonna take. In the meantime you can always access the NSNET file archive directly:

- Design is entirely done, I don't anticipate ever making any changes.
- The little area at the top of most pages I intend to change a little
- I still have to finish content 🙁
- At the end, CSS/HTML/PHP code cleanup. Fun fun fun!
