ruthless deeds return to harass their architect
- Admin Force Spectate is Togglable.
- Murder Victim kills a victim once.
- Slap Victim rotates the victim 90 degrees. 
- Victim Harass will fade the victim very fast.
None of this stuff will work on SBX, tho.
