Nope. You can buy it on e-bay for very cheap (saw one for like $10) Lucasarts store doesn't sell it anymore, but people do sell them.

Keep in mind, that if you do get MotS, you will need a Jedi Knight CD to be allowed to install it.
OH MY GOD YOU DON'T HAVE MotS? You can't buy JK anymore unless it comes packaged with MotS
