JED Plugins - Water Works (Version 1)

"Water Works" allows you to create underwater sectors by selecting a water surface for each sector.

Version 1:
- Gives you the option of changing sectors with or without water surfaces.
- Sets the sector flags to underwater.
- Sets the tint of the underwater sector.
- Sets the underwater sound wav, and the volume to 1.

For those sectors with water surfaces;
- Checks that the surfaces are adjoined.
- Changes the surface textures.
- Changes the surface flags to "Gourand" (rendered) and "Transparent".
- Adds some extra light (0.2) to the water surfaces.
