The Elite JK/MoTS Players CasesCWT Ladders + Tourneys

Hello, for those of you that remember me...

My name is SF_Chaos.... some of you may know me as TruChaos.

I played Jedi Knight since it was first released in 1999.
I was one of the top 5 Elite BGJ NF Saberists on the zone.

You want proof?

Rank 5 Cases ladder BGJ NF. Rank 2 CWT BGJ NF.

If you haven't heard of me then you weren't Elite....
I didn't bother wasting my time playing n00bz.

I hear many of you talk of IRN_Quake (GS_Quake) as Elite.

Guy was an amature, he won the Gold in the CWT IRONMAN Tournament because
he had his buddies give him wins in the end to strip me of my Gold
making me settle for silver even though I was beating him 120-75 with a day left.

It's no big deal, he never came close to me in the ladders and I beat him on multiple tournaments and
ladders.

My goal was simple.

To put together a clan of elite saberists NF BGJ. I then Created SF (Saber Force)
It was hard to find good players and especially ones to match up with my own skill set.

I was the only top 5 saberist on the zone to not use hacks and I used the microsoft sidewinder instead of
a mouse.

I later disbanded SF because i was bored and started a new clan with Nemesis.

After I left SF I had offers from GS, IRN, KRT, KDD + many others.

NOTE** YOU WERE NOT ELITE UNLESS YOU ONLY PLAYED IN THE CASES LADDER RANKING ROOM, THATS ALL THAT MATTERED WAS RANK, YOU WERE NOTHING WITHOUT IT.

NEMESIS had talked me into joining KOAJ after giving me co-owner title of the clan.

With our reputation we decided to take all the best NF saberists and start KOAJ.

It had 12 out of the top 20 Cases ladder players in it.

If you guys want to know the Best Sabers NF BGJ clan out there it would hands down
been KOAJ.

So Wodz, I am so glad you have kept an accurate account on the history of Jedi Knight,
even your collection is not entirely accurate, let me correct you on a few things.

The best overall clan was IRN even though they were considered an Elite Guns clan, they had a few decent saberists, they were trying to recruit me for years to bolster their sabers division, if they had done that, Quake and i would have arguably been the best in BGJ NF and IRN would have been the most "Complete Clan" other than KRT on the zone.

Knights of The Round (KRT) was featured in many gaming magazines and were the best Clan on the zone, they were freaking legends.

Now I can not tell you who the best GUNS FF or NF players or Clans were because I am a specialist.

with JK DF2 or Mots, there was no Best overall player because everyone was a specialist.

I was one of the best at sabers NF BGJ.

A lot of your posts bring back memories...

WHOOOAAAAA. sloowww down man... your memory is a little jarbled buddy! KoAJ was around before you joined up with it and it was formed by Nemesis and Ultross. They were the co-founders and the leaders of the clan. It also comprised of nf gunners as well and you didn't join up with it until later. That was the problem with KoAJ(Nem being the main one) was that Nemesis was letting anybody and their grandmother join. KoAJ housed some of the finest players around at the time, but it also had it's fair share of crappy players.

I don't know of what tournies you speak of beating Quake, but what does it matter, ladder was at any point in time, people just handing each other free wins and preventing another from getting rank to #1. So I wouldn't rely on ladder being a reflection of ones skill. There was always somebody in the top 20, top 10 , and even 5 that should not have been there. I've played with some awesome players that never played ladder. I also know that you played ladder ,and were a good player during the time.

Clans like KRT and GS were dead at this point too, and JK came out in 97 btw. Anyways, feel free to come by IRC JK channel, we can get a sabers game going!

I remember TruChaos very well and knew him back then. His memory is a bit off and he was around in 98. I have attached the CWT trophies that he was talking about. Quake did have help from his friends to gain the wins but Quake was a great player overall and I wont knock him. TruChaos was a very good saberist during late 98 into mid 99 and big clans were going after him for their roster. His memory about KoAJ is clearly off and Gord corrected that already.

While I am talking about that CWT event.. here is the list

Janurary 03, 1999 - The entire tournament was Ironman level;

Clan - Gold: EoS, Silver: JFF
CTF NF - Gold: EoS, Silver: N/A..does anyone recall? I would say TF...
Guns NF - Gold: EoS: DArtagnan,Silver: IRN_Gen_Patton
Sabers - Gold: EoS_Quake, Silver: _truchaos_
Honor and valor award: Mercury_JCS
_________________________

The next week was the CWT clan war (1.10.99)... and so on

This Chaos was: SF_Chaos, SF_CrAsHChAoS, EsF_TruChaos, JFF_TruChaos, KoAJ_Chaos, GL_TruJedi, GL_JeDiPLaYa.

SF was around since mid 98 and many players got their start here... Cuda, Chaos, Beefstu, Kainen, Vert, Ares, Sabergirl, crmsntd, Johnny5, Goon, Apollo.

JFF won silver in CWT Ironman mainly due to Chaos, WarMachine, Armageddon (EA), DK (IRN) and Firestorm (GS/JCS)

Also.. DH_Quenepa, Jeb and Pestilence got their earlier starts in JFF.. and this was around mid 1998.

** Chaos changed his name to TruChaos to differentiate himself from FOG_Chaos and the latter flamer Chaos_QuEsT.

I also have records that confirm TruChaos reaching rank 5 on CWT Sabers Ladder during KoAJ's time.

Also..

CWT Sabers Ladder Top 20.... Feb 17, 1999

Quake
Crazy
Alch
Rydeman
Saberist
FiRE
KJS Khan (later JaG)
KJS Galahad
DArt
Renegade
Nerf
Quicksilver
TruChaos
ICE
EoS Lunatik
Silerstar
Morphine
Timan
Sinjuku
Quenepa

DArt's highest rank on that ladder was 9th... Saberist and Alch reached rank 2 and Renegade reached rank 2 which was in late 98.....Quake's record as of 2.19.99 was 148-69. Crazy was 31-2 and FiRE was 25-2..Renegade was 104-29..Chaos was 82-15

oh and his post was pretty funny..he must have came straight through a time machine.. hilarity

kthx - JK Encyclopedia
