JKSERVER isn't that.. the way that the old cases ladder was? You could offer Former Challenges and if people did not exept then an automatic win was granted I think.. as well if someone didn't report a battle , you could unreport them and get a win. Anyone who signs up could play anyone. A goood idea however might be to reset the ladder every 2 months or so in order to clear inactive people that are taking up space.
