I cannot connect...

When i use JKLauncher I get a black screen that does nothing.. Also when I do a manual search nothing comes up. I turned off windows SP2 Firewall and I opened some ports. I don't know what else to do.

I know its slightly big but there is a picture of what I have going on.. Any Suggestions?

Try enabling DMZ for 192.168.0.1

For some reason after I hit apply. I can no longer go back to my router's site... I get a The page cannot be displayed error.

Do you have multiple computers connected to your network? Try accessing the router firmware from one of them.
