Comming onto this forum brings back some wacky memories of the old online gaming days.
I wouldn't mind catching up with some of the old zoners who I used to battle it out against. My msn is [email protected] if anybody is interested. I pop onto the IRC channels a bit but they are always inactive.
I still have the old DLS site going www.darkjedi.net that might amusing I laughed at some of the Tournament trophies.
Who did we all hate on the zone? I reakon i did a wicked job of being hated on the zone back in day. Infact anyone who played enough was hated somewhere down the track.
In particular i dispised Narz, only because we used to play alot together on heat.net & then he started playing on the zone. Marez & the crew from WD taught him to be better at ff & then he joined Dsbr. I remember when I came from Heat.net I trialed against & beat Aeron (who for some reason everyone called sand nigger all the time) to be in Dsbr but Narz didnt want me aboard. Hence why I was DLS. Even though I wasnt a WD member I still kinda felt like I was. I tended to associate myself with them most the time when it came to playing & chatting. Its great to see that people are proud to be recognised by the tag they had next to there names.

you should of tried harder to get in dsbr or at least wd and made more of a name for yourself. Maybe then more peope would remember who you were man.
Possibly, i have no real regrets.

I remember Saberrage. We got bronze in some nf sabs tourney hehe. I didn't really hate anyone, but Narz annoyed me the most. Don't know why. He was the reason I got really good at FF Oasis. I was banned for a month on the zone (I forgot what I did) and he was the only player I'd play against every day. Then when he joined DSbr he started saying shit.

Sorry reiko i didnt mean to offend. dsbr were better as a whole. but wd had plenty of guys such as yourself and shinji who id consider just as good.
saber you were good but you were a nobody is all im saying. you talk about dsbr wanting you so i just assumed it must of mattered to you.
You were in a newbie clan, and that is why nobody will ever remember your name. Same goes for the likes of yackman - and before you say it, yes, even me to some extent.
but its the past so forget it.

Indeed we have our own opinion.
Subby you were always someone to run from a FF match which wasn't your prefered gaming level. I would struggle to understand how you would gauge yourself to suggest dsbr were the stronger of the 2 clans.
I agree DLS wasnt in the level of those 2 clans & perhaps you are correct that I would have made a "name for myself" but some people remember me & DLS suited what I wanted in a clan.

I wish I had teamed up with more WD members for FF Tournaments.
I made DLS_Spot who wasnt a great at FF, play as my lighty partner & we lost to Dsbr in a final. All down to 1 self death in the last 20 seconds of the match.
On topic, JK had so much e-drama. There was definitely a lot of hate. But that is what happens in ALL video games where a bunch of pre-teens/teens are present.

and nikon, subz is like the 2k version of nemesis. He only won because people felt bad for his "bad internet connection"!
