Look's good. As for a good message board system, PHPBB is pretty good for free, and if you want to go really fancy, Invision or Vbulletin is the way to go. I myself paid for Invision and have been running it for my own forums.

Yeah there are a lot of free phpBB2 hosts around these days, I know http://cjb.net is hosting free phpBB2 boards, I haven't tried them myself tho.

I love Invision. Sloan's got tons of cool addons, good skins... ah. The SM forum's skin and layout is also very nice.
