Team lightsaber hockey on an ice rink built inside Echo Base on Hoth. Red Squadron takes on Gold Squadron, and your lightsaber is your stick: hit the puck to shoot it the way you're facing, or skate into it to push it along. Players are sorted onto teams automatically and get their team's uniform and saber colour. Each net has a goalie droid, an R5 for Red and an R2 for Gold, that slides across the crease to follow the puck. A working scoreboard shows the score, game clock and period. Games are three 15:00 periods with sudden-death overtime, all run from a timekeeper booth where players can start and pause the clock, change the period length and switch the goalies on or off. A full crowd of Red and Gold fans reacts to the play: they get louder as the puck nears a net, groan at near misses, chant and clap, and jump up and cheer with the goal horn and flashing lights when someone scores.
